Returns Policy
This policy applies to all NFC card purchases.
Change of mind
A full refund will be offered if returned within 14 days as long as items are still packaged and unused. If you believe your item(s) will arrive outside of this timeframe, please provide a tracking number.
Faulty or damaged items
If your card arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
We may request photos to help confirm the issue quickly.
Incorrect orders
If you receive the wrong product, notify us and we will resolve it promptly.

Email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include any relevant photos if available.

Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults as defined by law.
